Return & Exchange Policy

At Swirl Brownie, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.

Returns

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at swirlbrownie33@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include:

  • Your order number or invoice 
  • A copy of the receipt 
  • The reason for the return

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery 
  • You received the incorrect product

2. Initiating an Exchange
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at swirlbrownie33@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your order number or invoice
  • A copy of the receipt 
  • Details of the issue 

3. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. A replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item. 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) 
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event 
  • Items priced under $10

Refund Timeline

You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
