Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses—especially those where the postal/ZIP code does not match—may lead to penalties imposed by courier services. Any such penalties or additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer, not Swirl Brownie.

If an order requires re-shipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will bear all re-shipping charges. 
  • If the package is lost or undeliverable, Swirl Brownie will not be liable, and no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
